At Thoughts Unspoken, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Here’s what you can expect when it comes to shipping:

Standard Shipping

  • We currently offer flat rate shipping within the United States.

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Please note: Thoughts Unspoken is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been handed off for delivery.

Order Tracking

  • All shipments include a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

  • Tracking details will be sent to you via email once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns, unless due to a defective item or a mistake on our part.

  • If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an invalid address or no response to delivery notices, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs.

Additional Notes

  • Express shipping is currently not available for U.S. or Canadian orders.

  • Thoughts Unspoken reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
