Return & Exchange Policy
At Thoughts Unspoken, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Guidelines

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, animal hair, and odors (including smoke).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an order error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).

It is strongly recommended that all return shipments include a tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost packages or deliveries with incorrect address information due to customer error.
How to Start a Return

Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back.

We gladly offer exchanges for the same item or another of equal value.
